We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products. Most importantly, we guarantee your satisfaction or we guarantee to make it right! Hence, we provide an open delivery service. If You are not Satisfied return them and you will be refunded.

Term & Conditions for Refund

  • For products to be refunded they must be in their original condition (unopened & unused) and resalable.
  • The process takes from 2-3 working days starting from the date the issue was received
  • Goods once sold can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be perfume Box seal pack as well as.
  • Perfumes cannot be exchanged if the factory seal has been opened.
  • The product should not be damaged
  • If the payment has been done via Credit Card  the amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 15 bank working days
  • if the customer paid by cash refund will be the same day as the exchange item.
  • The customer will have to pay a Delivery Charge of 2.500KD for the return of the product (s).

we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit or Debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
